Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Compliance

We take copyright infringement seriously and are committed to responding to notices of alleged infringement that comply with the DMCA. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or used on our site in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please follow the process outlined below to submit a DMCA notice.

How to File a DMCA Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof, and you believe that any content on our website infringes your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our designated DMCA Agent with the following information in writing:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by this notice, you may provide a representative list of the works.
  2. Identification of the material that you claim is infringing and needs to be removed or access to which needs to be disabled, including the URL or other specific location of the material.
  3. Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Please send this information to our designated DMCA Agent at:

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was mistakenly removed due to a DMCA notice, you may file a counter-notification with our DMCA Agent. The counter-notification must include:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your name, address, and telephone number and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district or, if outside the United States, in any judicial district in which the service provider may be found.
  4. Your physical or electronic signature.

Please send the counter-notification to the same contact details provided for the DMCA notice.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will promptly forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notice. If the original complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed content.
